(hereinafter the "Seller")
The Seller offers the HELIOR One therapeutic LED panel in white or black, and an optional accessory — a pneumatic stand in white or black. Each panel package includes a wall bracket, door hook, remote control, protective goggles, hanging hardware and cabling.
An order is created via the order form on the website. By submitting the form the customer places a binding order for the goods in the chosen configuration. Before completing the order the customer is redirected to a secure payment gateway to pay the full purchase price by card. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully received; the Seller then sends the customer an order confirmation and proof of payment by e-mail.
The goods are manufactured to order in batches. The customer pays the full purchase price in advance, by card online when completing the order. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) via a secure payment gateway; the Seller has no access to card details and does not store them. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
By individual arrangement, payment by bank transfer against an invoice is also possible; the Seller sends the invoice by e-mail, typically within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once payment succeeds the Seller places the order into production and sends the customer a confirmation by e-mail. The goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price is paid in full.
The delivery time is at most 90 days and starts from the day the payment is credited to the Seller's account. The customer will be informed of dispatch by e-mail. Should the Seller be unable to meet the deadline, it will inform the customer without delay; in that case the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal must be sent to . The goods must be returned complete, undamaged and where possible in the original packaging; the cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The Seller will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, but not before the goods have been returned. The refund is made using the same method by which the payment was received — for card payments back to the customer's card, with no fees charged.
As these are goods made to order according to the customer's choice (colour, configuration), please note that the right of withdrawal may be limited for such goods in accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. If the customer withdraws from the contract before delivery for reasons on their side, the Seller is entitled to compensation for demonstrably incurred costs associated with manufacturing the made-to-order goods.
Na tovar sa vzťahuje zákonná záručná doba 24 mesiacov. Reklamácie zasielajte na spolu s číslom objednávky, popisom vady a fotodokumentáciou. Reklamácia bude vybavená najneskôr do 30 dní od jej uplatnenia. Záruka sa nevzťahuje na vady spôsobené neodbornou inštaláciou, mechanickým poškodením, úpravou produktu alebo používaním v rozpore s návodom.
The product is intended for wellness use and is not a medical device; it does not replace medical care. When using the UV component you must follow the manual — use the protective goggles and do not exceed the recommended 3 minutes per session. When wall-mounting, observe the maximum bracket capacity of 32 kg (max. 2 panels stacked).
The consumer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for redress. If the Seller rejects the request or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer may file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution with an ADR entity under Act No. 391/2015 Coll., e.g. the Slovak Trade Inspection, or via the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms and conditions take effect on the day of publication. Legal relations not governed by these terms are subject to the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code and Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in distance selling.
