2. What data we process

When you order we process: full name, e-mail, phone number, delivery address, optionally company name and company ID, and the content of the order note.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing invoices and communicating with the customer — the legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Data related to the order and invoicing is kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations (typically 10 years). Other communication is kept for a maximum of 3 years.

5. Data recipients

Data may be provided to a carrier for the purpose of delivering the goods, to an accounting company and to the web hosting provider (WebSupport). We do not transfer data to third countries and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
